On January 31, Cao Xianjun, Vice President and Secretary-General, Yang Xiaoyong, Chief Engineer and a group of 8 specialists of CAFSI were invited to HUBEI BLUESKY NEW MATERIAL INC., located in Xiantao High-Tech Park, Hubei Province, for investigation and exchange. They were warmly received by the founder Feng Caihu, chairman Feng Qionghua and other management of BlueSky.

At the symposium, the management of BlueSky introduced the business situation of the company in 2022 and the development plan in 2023.

In 2022, BlueSky had coordinated safety and development. The resumption of work and production has been fully completed and covered in accordance with laws and regulations, market sales, export earnings, manufacturing renewal, technological transformation and efficiency enhancement, team building and management improvement have all achieved excellent results.

--BlueSky firmly guarded the bottom line of safety and environmental protection. Safety is absolutely a prerequisite, BlueSky resolutely shoulders the main responsibility of the enterprise, and resolutely take safety production as the basis of survival and foundation of the enterprise. Attaching importance to team management and strengthening the foundation of safety, upgrading the automation level to improve the essential safety of the enterprise. In this regard, the Ministry of Emergency Management published a special report on the July 2022 issue of China Safety Production magazine.

--BlueSky keeps breaking through the upper limit of industrial development. Deeply cultivating the field of fine chemicals, the domestic market share of 3 types of leading products has reached 60% for many years in a row. We will make every effort to promote the implementation of technological transformation projects to achieve manufacturing renewal and increasing yield and efficiency.

Afterwards, the group visited BlueSky’s newly built intelligent central control system. The operation of the control room has realized the centralized control and integration of the company's existing control and management system. In 2023, we will further implement the work of "intelligent and digital" and actively progress towards intelligent development.

During the investigation and exchange, Secretary-General Cao Xianjun and experts actively offered advice and suggestions for the development of BlueSky. Their suggestions on new product research and development, alternation of old and new equipment, industrial transformation, safety and environmental protection are strategically located and extremely forward-looking.
